Tim Cook Issues Apology For Apple Maps

Tim Cook Apology Apple Maps
Tim Cook Issues Apology For Apple Maps: "There is an old saying that Tim Cook should have remembered, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". The Google map feature was and is still a good app to find locations without a problem. The cities are where they are suppose to be and the landmarks aren't stuck in the middle of a body of water. So now users have to find a work around and I'm sure Tim must have choked on his words when he had to mention Google begrugingly. If the millions of users hand't complained about Google maps and you guys had some little tiff, when it have been better for Apple to err on the side of it's users and worked out your agreement in an interim basis? Sounds like Apple's Maps is the replacement scab referee of the Superbowl mapping game while the official Google  map referee waits on the sideline. Get it together Tim, I just turned into the Mississippi river trying to get to Disneyland."

Robin Roberts Bone Marrow Transplant Begins: 'GMA' Anchor Tells Fans, 'I Feel The Love' (VIDEO)

Robin Roberts Bone Marrow Transplant Begins: 'GMA' Anchor Tells Fans, 'I Feel The Love' (VIDEO): "Back in the 90's I had a friend who was a local news anchor and at the end of her broadcast, she revealed she had been fighting cancer by removing her wig to display her baldness. I wound up interviewing her on my radio show at the time to bring awareness with her fight with the cancer, She had breast cancer and she corrected me as I had called it "your cancer" and she said she liked to refer to it as "the cancer" because she didn't want to claim ownership of it. She had tried some controversial cancer treatment by this Dr. Burzynski, I may be wrong in the spelling of his name. Her health insurance had ran out and fund raisers were held for her but in the end, the cancer had spread to other parts of her body. When I see Robin, it brings back memories of my friend. She passed away in a hospice in the early Tuesday morning at 6:00am. I miss my friend and I wish Robin all the hope in the world to get better. My friend was Sydney Seaward"

Jon Stewart Rips Fox News Over Romney 47 Percent Coverage: 'Chaos On Bullshit Mountain' (VIDEO)

Daily Show
Jon Stewart Rips Fox News Over Romney 47 Percent Coverage: 'Chaos On Bullshit Mountain' (VIDEO): "As predicted a couple of days ago, I knew Jon would light into the new Mitt Romney campaign headquarters, Fox News. He succinctly nailed it and at the end, you can't but feel more agitated by the level of hypocrisy Fox News continues to slide out their colon. A five month old tape versus a 14 year old tape is not the same thing. Obama was sporting a half from and no gray hair. In 1998 we had at the movies Titanic, Armageddon and Saving Private Ryan. In music we had the Spice Girls, Chumbawamba, Marilyn Manson and Green Day. On TV we had The X-Files, NYPD Blue and The Nanny. And in 1998, Mitt Romney was for abortion and health care reform. Things change as we see. Fox News has not. They are still the malevolent run dictatorship outlet that's myopic in its reporting. Mitt Romney could have taken ice cream from a kid and Fox News would have reported it like Mitt saved the kid from childhood obesity. If Obama had done it, they'd charge him with a hate crime."

Mitt Romney: 'My Campaign Is About The 100 Percent'

Mitt Romney 100 Percent
Mitt Romney: 'My Campaign Is About The 100 Percent': "Mitt Romney is making the claim that his campaign is about the 100 percent of America. How many of you believe that, raise your hand. How many of you don't believe that, raise your hand. The reason why many of you don't believe that is because Mitt Romney is speaking. He hasn't changed his ideology overnight and if elected in office, his first commitment is to those high dollar people he entertained at that fundraiser followed by his party and the special interest. So, where do you think you'll fall in line for Mitt Romney to be concerned about you? as a candidate, Mitt Romney has demonstrated extremely poor judgement during the Libyan crisis and the subsequent press conferences where he just blatantly lied about the time line of events and what was said and with his video release where he makes no apology for basically saying the 47% of the American people is no his concern. Hurricane Katrina comes back to mind about how Mitt Romney sees that 47%. And he is still sticking to the term "those people" in this stacked gathering. Who are "those people"? This is my country and some how Mitt seems to think some of us don't belong here if your income isn't a certain level or that you have no merit other than just to serve "his kind" by changing his tires, picking up his garbage, catering his parties, putting out his fires. He just doesn't make you feel welcome, this tin man."

Mitt Romney Makes 'Redistribution' Argument, Bolstered by Fox News, Conservative Media

Romney Fox News
Mitt Romney Makes 'Redistribution' Argument, Bolstered by Fox News, Conservative Media: "There's a saying that if you visit a cow ranch, you can't walk a straight line without eventually stepping in a load. if you appear on Fox, there isn't a straight face that your hear that would eventually drop a load as well. Fox is now running Mitt Romney's campaign remotely. Sure, their hands aren't dirty but they are providing the talking points in hopes of changing the dialogue. Matt Drudge is working it as well by not reporting any of the leaks on his site but he's no journalist, just a hat wearing pretender who pilfers other journalism sites. This 14 year old video of Obama is another pilfered clip by Drudge. You don't get the full context just enough to provoke fake outrage from Fox, very disingenuous. Have they not learn anything from the Breitbart incident of the U.S. Agriculture woman who was blamed for being a racist after that footage was cut to appear that she was a racist? Fox and Drudge won't show the full unedited video because they would look foolish. Give it a moment, Jon Stewart will make them look foolish once again. The "fair and balance" Fox wants you to forget all of what Mitt said but the truth is that the true Mitt Romney showed up at the country club. The pretend Mitt is the one that goes on Kelly Ripa and gets tossed softball questions and goes on Fox for salvation. We know who you really are Mitt, you're Richard Nixon."

Barbara Walters, Elisabeth Hasselbeck Argue Over Mitt Romney Video (VIDEO)

The View

Barbara Walters, Elisabeth Hasselbeck Argue Over Mitt Romney Video (VIDEO): "With apologies to the blind, this is an example of the blind leading the stupid when it comes to the rants and ravings of Elizabeth Hasselbeck. Anyone with a stick of common sense would know better to get behind this floundering campaign of Mitt Romney and yet this floating buoy has been adrift in the deepest parts of the sea having yet to grow a spine or a truthful opinion about her own party. She is truly the parrot of Republican followers. If it's raining outside and Mitt tells her it's sunny, she'll report it just so. She missed the entire point of the video leak and what it means to this election process. Mitt is not who he say he is and while he sat around his Fortune 500 segregated club members, his true self came forth and he denigrated half of the voting populous with generalities. He also tossed in some hint of racism with the "those people" comment and yet this blond feels insulted for being addressed down. Well, this isn't Survivor, Elizabeth, this is the real world so the American people will vote Mitt off the presidential contest."

Romney Presidency Will Boost Economy 'Without Actually Doing Anything,' Mitt Romney Says: "Yea, though I, Mitt Romney, shall walk in the valley of the shadow of the 47% people, I shall fear no entitlement programs. The Bush tax cuts, they comfort me and my 1% folk. Thou tax accountant keeps my offshore bank accounts from my enemies. Grecian formula anoints my graying temples, my mouth runneth over. Surely my private exclusive segregated country club shall follow me all the days of my life. And I shall be beholding to big oil forever because I signed an oath in blood."

Bianca Bosker: What Google Isn't Telling Us About The Video It's Banned In 5 Countries (And Counting)

Bianca Bosker: What Google Isn't Telling Us About The Video It's Banned In 5 Countries (And Counting): "I have noticed that YouTube have removed videos in the past based on some of the more simplistic reasons, misuse of a song, provocative images that comes close to nudity but doesn't show it, or basically at their whim. They can argue that they are Innocence free speech but there are users who would kindly disagree. Justifying the Innocence of Muslims to remain is a weak one when it could be removed on the grounds that the people who participated in the film were duped into believing they were making something else. Is there lives on the line now? The director of this piece of donkey dung went into hiding for fear of his life so that should give YouTube impetus to remove it based on the possibility that bodily harm will come to those who participated in it. YouTube has removed bullying videos or taunting videos in the past and this video is a taunting video masquerading as art. The director himself has readily admitted that he made the film to provoke the Muslims based on his religious convictions and how he felt treated as he is a Coptic Christian Egyptian. So you can always find a valid reason to remove anything if you look close enough. If the film would have used some Justin Beiber music in it, it would have been pulled."

Mitt Romney
Pundits: Mitt Romney Fundraiser Comments His 'Darkest Hour,' 'Utter Disaster' (VIDEO): "Who knew that a Saturday Night Live season opener skit showing Barack Obama's secret weapon of Mitt Romney giving a speech would have been a harbinger of things to come? It's Romney's own words that's damaging himself, not any opposition ad, not the media, just Mitt himself. And there is his sheer arrogance in holding these press conferences that do him no good will. His first one during the attack on the Libyan consulate was arrogant and filled with plenty of wrong headed information. His followup press conference was premium pure arrogance when he doubled down on the rhetoric and compounded his error even more. And with his latest hastily called press conference he makes no apology but says that the wording wasn't right. And anytime you have the phrase "hastily called press conference" it's never a good thing. In that closed meeting at this country club, Mitt used words that only solidified the truth of who he really is versus the plastic Romney he presents. Words like "those people" and "victims" will ring loudly in these coming weeks as Mitt's campaign and some core Republicans  and Palin try to defend him once again. Richard Nixon is smiling down or up to see that he has a new protege."

Zoƫ Triska: The Worst Word Ever

Zoƫ Triska: The Worst Word Ever: "I always refer to it as the "p" word cause it does something to my ears whenever I hear it. I too found that I am not alone in the disdain for this word. There are two women on the show @TMZ who don't like the word. I thought it odd since these were women who should be use to the word, but there it was, a bond if you must. But why that word, what caused it to become so detested? I'm comfortable with underwear, it's gender neutral. I don't like the word underpants when describing men's underwear, you're not four. And I don't like referring to women's underwear as draws. I ended a relationship when the woman said that. I know it was Seinfeldish behavior but I knew each time she said it, it was like nails on a chalkboard. But the "p" word is worse for me. One guy commented that it sounded like you were talking like pedophilia and you just didn't want that connotation linked back to you. So if you're over the age of ten, just call it underwear and let's see if we can get rid of the word metrosexual when the word fastidious was there all along just because a New York writer was too lazy to look up a definition for an immaculate man."

Jon Stewart Takes On Conservative Hypocrisy Over Middle Eastern Democracy (VIDEO): "The mirror has two faces Sarah Palin seems to have a short term memory of what she's said as do the other ones. These are suppose to be the premiere voices of the Republican party, astute, intelligent, colorful and yet Jon Stewart once again displays how truly ignorant they are, not by attacking them by his words but by attacking them with their own words. These are obtuse people and a reflection of Mitt Romney's two weeks of blunders. Oh how having footage of your conversations comes back to bite you where your brains don't shine. Credibility, sincerity, compassion are all tossed aside for their political dogma. for them, George W. Bush was this visionary when it came to foreign diplomacy; for them, Obama is the devil of all fears causing the Middle East to burn. Well, you can't regurgitate your words and expel them from your dogma and then take on a different posture just to demonize Obama, but then again you can since it's Fox News. And just like Mitt Romney, eventually you will implode on your own gravitas."

Mitt Romney Video: Barack Obama Voters 'Dependent On Government' (UPDATED)

Romney 47 Percent
Mitt Romney Video: Barack Obama Voters 'Dependent On Government' (UPDATED): "Of late, press conferences have been unkind to Mitt Romney. He just doesn't seem to understand the need to wait a minute before running to the microphone. And it seems like running to a microphone has gotten himself into another quagmire, He suppose to be running for president of all of te people but is apparently not running for 47% of them. What happened to winning over the hearts and minds regardless? Mitt Romney's Titanic campaign has struck another floater, this one is called the middle class. The middle class doesn't matter as he refers to them as "those people". "Those people" is a phrase that sticks in a lot of peoples conscious because it carries a lot of negative connotations. It says that I'm better than you, smarter than you, more privilege than you. The coldness of Romney is that he makes claims that displays his aloofness from the average Joe and Jane. Obama shows compassion and warmth, something Mitt lacks and can't compete. As his campaign implodes on itself for the second week in a row, the person who was lucky enough to win the Republican raffle in the primaries can't pry that silver spoon from out of his throat as he's choked on his words again."

Who are "those people" Mitt? And I've said this early on about you, you're becoming more and more like a Nixon Republican with your clandestine meetings hoping nobody will hear the real Romney. And we also see that you were never really a truly vetted candidate but the party really didn't want, they had to settle for what appears now a very weak and vulnerable man. Clint Eastwood talked to an empty seat. When he talked to you, he's speaking to an empty suit."

Mitt Romney Searches For A Former Clarity: The 2012 Speculatron Weekly Roundup For Sept. 14

Bryan Fischer Mitt Romney
Mitt Romney Searches For A Former Clarity: The 2012 Speculatron Weekly Roundup For Sept. 14: "As four coffins draped with American flags came home, Mitt Romney's point of view was to go for broke and catch the first wave of the 24/7 cycle during the Libyan embassy crisis. The article classify Romney as shameless in his approach and apparently his hastily called press conference to reiterate his point seems to born true. Romney's behavior seems almost like it was carved out of some B-movie of the politician willing to do and say anything to unseat his rival. Nobody would have thought that the lies that went on during the RNC would be the bell weather of the Romney campaign. Of course the Romney advisors did proclaim that fact checking would be ignored so in the Libyan crisis, facts were placed aside as well as some GOP flunkies began to spin the story and attempt to alter the truth. Stupid is as stupid does. So in the following days of the campaign, Romney will continue to spin this as Obama's fault while ignoring his own failings, that he's a candidate that really wasn't the GOP's first choice, second choice, third choice but the reluctant leftover from a list of candidates the populous chose like a game of  musical chairs.  I get the sense that if the election was held today, the American people would be glad to get this over with and end this Romney charade once and for all."

Chris Wallace

Chris Wallace, Gretchen Carlson Spar Over Mitt Romney's Response To Libya Attack (VIDEO): "So in a nutshell when Chris Wallace said he wasn't going to debate the issue with Gretchen Carlson, he basically just dismissed her like a five year old school girl. It seems like her job is to prop up the Republican candidate not matter how unqualified Mitt Romney is. Those few Republicans who want to align themselves with Romney even after he placed his silver spoon foot in his mouth want to turn his crucial mistake into a re imagined rational argument. Carlson wants that re-imagined argument by trying to justify Romney's statement of what he should have said versus what he actually did and Chris made the point that he, Mitt Romney, called the press conference to discuss the memo. He not only buried himself with the rush to make himself look astute in foreign affairs, he piled on more dirt for himself by making it worse by taking a common sense approach to just wait a few hours. He needed to be ahead in the news cycle, he gambled and he lost. Now Gretchen wants to pretend it didn't happen and magically go back in time and spin the lies like Romney has been doing since the RNC. Sorry Charlie, his tuna is canned."

Romney: White House Agrees With Me On My Critique Of The President: "As Romney continues to talk, he's falling deeper and deeper into a state of delusion. I'm waiting for him to say "Ahh, but the strawberries that's... that's where I had them. They laughed at me and made jokes but I proved beyond the shadow of a doubt and with... geometric logic... that a duplicate key to the wardroom icebox DID exist". He continues to make up these tall tales and he doing it with great aplomb and appears to convince himself it actually happened. Any other person in any other setting and you would call this person clinically bi-polar. This has been going on for a while now and somebody needs to test this man's state of wellness. As every day gets closer and closer, the American confidence in this man wains ever further away. Bob Cesca: Mitt Romney Kneejerks Into Another Colossal Blunder

Bob Cesca: Mitt Romney Kneejerks Into Another Colossal Blunder: "Dear Mitt Romney,

I understand you are running for president and as a citizen, you are entitled to voice your opinion on host of topics. In order for you to look "presidential" you've made overseas trips to give yourself some credibility in foreign affairs and as I understand it, you were up three times, struck out twice and made a walk on the last. I see you have now interjected yourself into the Libyan embassy crisis by making statements that were erroneous in the delivery and yet you forged ahead anyway continuing the errors. As a private citizen you have every right to voice a thought but you aren't the president. Your baseless equivocations only highlighted the fact that you ignored the loss of American lives over what was best for your campaign. Perhaps you were surprised by the backlash your statement received from both sides of the political spectrum and from some noted journalist who were dumbstruck by your arrogance and audacity. And yet, you doubled down and continued your berating of Obama. I understand you are becoming a Nixon Republican where lies and obfuscation were the norm. It's nice to know there is a history of candidates who thumb their noses at protocol. Not to worry, the people have long memories and this event you entwined yourself with won't be forgotten at the polls.

Cordially,

Three Crows"

Mitt Romney Turns Libya Stance To Mourning Diplomats' Deaths, Criticizing Obama's Leadership

Mitt Romney Turns Libya Stance To Mourning Diplomats' Deaths, Criticizing Obama's Leadership: "What a pig of a man Romney is and how quickly people forget about how Obama handles crisis. A Romney supporter called Obama a wimp but she seemed to have forgotten that it was Obama who ordered the rescue of the ship captain who was captured by Somali pirates. The pirates were about to execute him and sniper fire took some of them out with one survivor. The captain was rescued. And there have been numerous kills of al-Qeada terrorist that led up to the big fish, bin Laden. So if Mitt wants to make up more lies or ignore the facts, time will show that he's not fit to hold the highest office in the land or even being a parking valet. He pimped over the lives of four dead Americans just so he can try to politicize the event. It took him 24 hours to realize he messed up and in these days of perilous events, 24 hours is too long. The damage has been done and people still have long memories. If he want to be a Nixon Republican, do it in the land where he keeps his offshore bank accounts."

Mitt Romney Media Criticism Continues: 'He Looks Like Richard Nixon,' 'The Character And The Policy Were Both Revealed': "At the beginning of the Romney/Ryan campaign, I've been classifying these two as Nixon Republicans based on the lies, obfuscations and smarmy behavior these men demonstrated at the RNC and in subsequent interviews as they tried to justify the lies they told. Can this country afford another Nixon? Look at what Romney is doing right now, he's basing his argument on misinformation and he refuses to correct himself. Now imagine him in office and some event has occurred or he's aligned himself with creating a war with Iran or North Korea. He'll go to the American public and tells some grandiose lie that an imminent threat was about to occur and an immediate response would have been needed to avert this threat. No it seems to me we had someone in office about a few years ago who said that there were weapons of mass destruction and we needed to go in that place and find them and topple that regime. Billions went down the drain, thousands of lives were lost and no WMD's were found. Still, they justified their argument with at least a tyrant was put out of office when in fact, he went after him because he threaten his daddy. We don't need another Nixon liar in the White House."

Mitt Romney Response To Libya, Egypt Attacks Called 'Irresponsible,' 'Craven,' 'Ham-Handed'

Mitt Romney Response To Libya, Egypt Attacks Called 'Irresponsible,' 'Craven,' 'Ham-Handed': "You had to wonder at this stage of the political season who would be first to shoot themselves in the foot and the winner by a mile is Willard Mitt Romney. And you have to wonder how will Willard back pedal himself out of this fiasco when the debates roll around. He has increased his list of what not to say in front of the media starting with not releasing all of his tax records, Bain capital, agreeing to liking some provisions of Obamacare, his running mates voting record and the contrast between the two, not mentioning the Afghanistan war, his offshore bank accounts and the possible tax dodge, the defense of his outsourcing American jobs to foreign countries, his disastrous foreign policy tour during the Olympics and now speaking out on the Libya tragedy without knowing all of the facts and sticking to it. If that is his position, you won't be hearing an apology anytime soon."

Allen West Blames President Obama For Libya Attack; John McCain Backs Arab Spring

Allen West Blames President Obama For Libya Attack; John McCain Backs Arab Spring: "Allen West always gets aroused whenever he sees a microphone near his lips. His brain seizes up and large gaps of memory drifts away. He seems to have forgotten Obama's orders to take out the Somali pirates when they captured an American captain and threaten to kill him. He seems to have forgotten about Obama's orders in taking out many of al-Qaeda top leaders including Osama bin Laden so how in even his deluded self absorbed mind can he possibly compare Obama to Carter? even Bush couldn't have done what Obama has done in the war on terrorism and he had given up looking for bin Laden. It's easy to get rid of these divisive, obstructionist people by reminding people of their sullen behavior when it comes time to reelect them. This tragedy seems to have given him and Romney a brain fart of duplicity by once again going along with the wrong facts. Was it too difficult to wait a few hours and getting the details before finding a reason to do a political attack?"

Mitt Romney Response To Libya, Egypt Attacks Called 'Irresponsible,' 'Craven,' 'Ham-Handed': "Mitt Romney never was the GOP party of choice. It boiled down to a bunch of second hand choices, I was hoping John Huntsman would've stayed in longer, that nobody really cared for from day one. Every week went by, the latest frontrunner felt more like a game of musical chairs and when the music stopped, Mitt won. He took the frontrunner status from Santorum because it was falsely reported that Mitt had won Iowa when in fact Santorum had won. He used that momentum to carry him to the nomination. I wonder if anyone would look into that later and ponder the what if's had the reporting been accurate in the beginning. Will Mitt's party continue to back him after this fiasco? Obama said it best about Mitt's foreign policy skills, "You might not be ready for diplomacy with Beijing if you can’t visit the Olympics without insulting our closest ally," or this "After all, you don’t call Russia our number one enemy and not al Qaeda unless you’re still stuck in a Cold War time warp." Mitt is stuck and thinks this should be the 60's when it comes to foreign affairs. It was easier then, you only had Russia and China to worry about. But these times they are a changing Mitt, even Pakistan and India have nuclear strike capabilities and they are fighting over a piece of land just like Israel and Palestine. What do you do Mitt, time waits for no one."

Mitt Romney Stands By Criticism Of Obama Administration: "After reading several articles on Mitt Romney's blunder, it has become apparent that Mitt's arrogance is similar to the old Bush administration that brought us two wars and trillions in debt. Even members of his own party has condemn him for his premature ejaculation of speaking too soon in the loss of American souls in this tragedy. We've been here before, some wonder if Mitt is playing to Israel in order to get a boost in funding and in poll numbers. What we are witnessing his Mitt's failure to handle foreign issues in an adept way. We had shoot from the hip George W. and we paid the price and still is but Obama is trying to clean up the situation. Now Mitt wants to play Dr. Strangelove and create a scorched earth policy with the Muslim groups as he paints them all with one big brush. Some fanatical film maker and some rogue minister pushes their agenda and creates this incendiary film knowing it would rile up the faithful Muslim community. History is ignored on this and the filmmaker goes into hiding and four lives are lost. Keep talking Mitt, after November, you can have your own talk show with your first guest, Sarah Palin."

Bob Dylan: Slavery Stigma Has Ruined America: "The founding of this nation has a brutal ugly history. Some wish to ignore it but the remnants of this history still plays out today through the generations. Bob Dylan tosses out this line on slavery was the carrier that help built this nation but you cannot ignore the total wanton onslaught of the Native Americans and the numerous broken treaties the U.S. government exacted that involved massive land grabs and the destruction of many cultural beliefs. And then there's the internment camps of legitimate Japanese American citizens during WWII. And of course the wholesale acceptance of Jim Crow laws used to keep American blacks further down and was condone by the U.S. government as well. Today should be a new chapter but we have slotted voter ID laws enacted by Republicans to hold down the minority votes and you have blatant levels of racism being conducted in such covert fashion that it becomes obvious: a sitting president called out as a liar while giving a speech in the well of Congress, a question about being born in the U.S. and questions about his faith when all has been proven to the contrary. It's a bitter pill to swallow sometimes when you thought we were better and should be better than this by now."

Fox News Issues Correction For Unemployment Numbers On 'Fox And Friends' (VIDEO)

Fox News Issues Correction For Unemployment Numbers On 'Fox And Friends' (VIDEO): "Gretchen Carlson must have felt like Linda Lovelace as she gagged on having to take back her words on the Fox Fable Story Kiddie Show. Judging by the lack of enthusiasm in her voice, taking in 10 inches of correction was a mouthful for her perhaps because she's never had to perform a correction in the first place since she's Republican. I've heard that about them but I could be wrong, wink, wink, nudge, nudge, say no more."

NBC News Won't Apologize For Skipping 9/11 Moment Of Silence For Kardashian Interview

Kris Jenner

NBC News Won't Apologize For Skipping 9/11 Moment Of Silence For Kardashian Interview: "The executives at NBC is doing more harm to the peacock network by roasting the poor bird through a serious of management mistakes. They tend to forget that they are on public airwaves controlled by a license to broadcast certain programs in the public interest. The public interest this time out was the 11th anniversary of 9/11. What interest to the public does the vapid, tired matron of no talented publicity seeking children, Kris Jenner has? And the ones that get punished for the executive decision is Natalie Morales, Al Roker and company as viewers gt turned off by the constant bungling of the show. I flipped back and forth to see who was covering that event and was surprised to see vapid Kris Jenner talking about her sagging breasts and quickly turned away. Since Comcast owns NBC now, they need to be a little bit proactive with their morning show if they want to stop the eroding ratings numbers that translates into ad revenue dollars. Yes, just break it down to the money and things will get done because I want to see more of the really annoying, way too perky GMA Laura Spencer."

Dick Cheney: Obama Misses Intelligence Briefings, Takes False Credit For Osama Bin Laden Mission

Dick Cheney Obama
Dick Cheney: Obama Misses Intelligence Briefings, Takes False Credit For Osama Bin Laden Mission: "THe voice of Ronald Reagan is being heard again with, "Well, here we go again." Dick Cheney crawls out of his crypt to do some Obama bashing right on the heels of a news article detailing the incompetence of the Bush Administration in its failures to read the warning sign that Osama Bin Laden had plans to attack America. since the word "intelligence" is foreign to George W. he just wanted the highlights of the briefing by getting just the bullet points. And when the terrorists attacked, where do we send troops to go after the terrorist? Iraq, where weapons of mass lies are kept. Former Presidents always say let the historians decide where they would rank as being a good president as time and distance give way. Well, the writing is on the wall with George Bush and Dick Cheney, as they've sank down further than Carter and way passed Nixon "

Mitt Romney Critics Hammer Campaign For Failure To Fight

Mitt Romney Critics Hammer Campaign For Failure To Fight: "
A Press conference with the Republican president elect

PRESS: What will your first act be now that you're elected President Elmer Fudd Romney?
ELMER: Shh, be quiet, I'm hunting that wascally rabbit terrorist.
PRESS: But President Elmer, rabbits aren't terrorist.
ELMER: Yes they are, they make me fall down in cartoon holes.
PRESS: Uh, rabbits are just fuzzy forest creatures.
ELMER: Shh, there he goes right now.
PRESS: President Elmer, there's no rabbits in the oval office.
ELMER: Yes there are, he's a big one, black and 6 feet tall.
PRESS: Uh, does this rabbit have a name?
ELMER: His name is Bugs Barack, shh, I almost have him, he's sitting at my desk trying to pass a bill giving the military veterans extensions on going to school and provide health care to lesbians with kids and, and and...
WOMAN: Mitt, Mitt, wake up, wake up.
Mitt: Nurse Jackie, is that you?
WOMAN: Yes, you've been having that dream again, what was it now?
Mitt: I was president but they kept calling me Elmer and there was this big black rabbit and he could write.
WOMAN: Well, thanks to the new health care law, we have this nice room for you and these pills won't costs you a dime."

Zadroga Act Opponents, Including Paul Ryan, Observe September 11 Anniversary

September 11
Zadroga Act Opponents, Including Paul Ryan, Observe September 11 Anniversary: "People, people, people, listen to what Eric Cantor is saying, "We honor those who fought to try to save some of those who died". Sure, but what about providing the funding for health care to those 9/11 responders? You see, once again, they manipulate their words to make it look like it appears that they care but of late, the truth has been biting them hard on their brains that they sit on. The Lyin' Paul Ryan Express continues to come off the rails as his voting record shows another pattern of not caring for not just the poor but the blue collar worker, the nation's backbone to just about everything that makes this country great, any sense of security by providing them with the respect and decency to adequate health care at a time when their actions were never in question when they inhaled all of those microscopic particulates filled with carcinogens that would eventually wind up killing some who developed a host of lung problems. Paul Ryan can feign compassion but your truth is that you've voted no so many times on things that would benefit the citizens of this country while lining the corporate pockets with more millions since they don't have to pay out any benefits to heroes, after all, it wasn't as if they were forced to walk in a burning building since Paul Ryan was too busy doing his gym workout."

The Bush White House Was Deaf To 9/11 Warnings

The Bush White House Was Deaf To 9/11 Warnings: "You have to wonder if the RNC and the Mitt Romney campaign knew of this report and sat on its release? And you have to wonder if this was the reason why the name of George W. Bush was not spoken about during the convention? And does this validate the conspiracy theorist that 9/11 was an orchestrated White House event? Perhaps what is evident is that the White House was incompetent to intelligence briefings and more importantly, were arrogant in thinking that the U.S. was invincible to attacks. Pearl Harbor was a distant memory and history lessons are seldom learned or respected. Arrogance, however, remained intact. We went to war in Iraq, not the stronghold of Osama Bin Laden. 9/11 was suppose to be about the war on terrorism so how did this detour to Iraq occur? Dick Cheney found his opportunity to use the war on terrorism as an excuse to turn the on his war machine while Bush seemed in control but there are those who would argue that he was an impotent leader and a puppet to Cheney no matter ho much protest he would put up and deny the contrary. This is what Bob Woodward should be investigating instead of some political sparing from Obama, Boehner and a Republican Congress."

Bob Woodward: There Were 'Gaps' In Obama's Leadership On Debt Ceiling Talks (VIDEO)

Bob Woodward: There Were 'Gaps' In Obama's Leadership On Debt Ceiling Talks (VIDEO): "It's hard for Woodward to have a second act without Bernstein. Not having a "deep throat" doesn't quite have that classic film noir detective feel as it did during those Watergate days. Is he telling us anything we don't already know, of course not. It has been already reported that the deal fell through and Obama and Boehner went at each other in this 24/7 Internet reporting age. So why is Woodward rehashing old information? Is he trying to show that this dinosaur is still relevant to a tech savvy media populous? Some bloggers carry more weight than Woodward does these days. I was anticipating some major earth shattering reveal but by judging by the size of the HuffPost banner, it doesn't scream major scandal, it's just politics as usual."

Norah O'Donnell Grills Paul Ryan Over Defense Spending Cuts (VIDEO)

Norah O'Donnell Grills Paul Ryan Over Defense Spending Cuts (VIDEO): "The Lyin' Paul Ryan Express keeps chugging along, woooo, wooooo, as he attempts his failed Jedi mind trick on a much stronger mind. This guy has been on all the free thinking news organizations, Fox not included, and each time he has had his rear handed to him by his own deeds, actions and words. You can't fool all of the people all of the time, Paul, and every time you speak, that once lustful head of shiny hair dims a little bit more as the truth emerges about your voting record. You can't continue to blame Obama for all the ills facing the country if your hands are the ones that's been getting dirty and causing this stalemate in Congress. Were you expecting a collective dumbing down on the journalists who interviewed you? When Scott Pelley interviewed you and read to you who was at fault for the credit ratings, the Republicans, your response was, "that's not how I interpreted it". It was in black and white and in plain English. If you have a comprehension problem, it's best you seek medical help for there is something wrong with your brain and if there isn't, you're a foolish, foolish man who has put himself on a road of gullibility by going aling with your cronies and believing and creating these lies when the truth says otherwise. It's best that you remove yourself from the process or find yourself out of the job in the future."

Michael Hogan: Kristen Stewart in On the Road: Is She the Only Celebrity Making Real Art?

Michael Hogan: Kristen Stewart in On the Road: Is She the Only Celebrity Making Real Art?: "I'm surprised he didn't use the overwrought phrase "strong woman's part" in describing her acting as well. A lyric line to Paul Simon's Boy in The Bubble states that every generation throws a hero on the pop chart and in this generation we have Lady Gaga, the cast form Twilight, Hunger Game and Harry Potter. So now he wants you to accept her nudity as a sign of being artistic. The scene in which he describes her giving hand work had been done before in a Bernardo Bertolucci film called 1900 made in 1976 starring Robert De Niro and GĆ©rard Depardieu and the object of their affection was an actress named Dominique Sanda. Why isn't she described as brave nd artistic? Nudity for the sake of nudity in films can be boring and misplaced. Films like Porky's and any teen slasher film depicted it for the teen audience in the past but we've grown jaded thanks to the Internet where real life horrors and free sex runs the gamut. If this is a story worth telling then the words should make it compelling while the nudity, if it adds to the structure and logic, is a practical application. But let's not elevate the nudity as if her breasts are a shrine worthy of being filmed. Male frontal nudity is rarely depicted because it is considered a weapon by Hollywood standards, I kid you not.

Bill Clinton Speech Asks Undecided Voters To Hang On, Give Obama Another Chance

Bill Clinton Speech Asks Undecided Voters To Hang On, Give Obama Another Chance: "The picture on the HuffPost site of Obama hugging Clinton should be a photo caption contest, My picks would be:
1. I love you more that Hillary right now.
2. You smell nice, take me home.
3. I see why women fall for you, you smooth talker.
4. If you feel that, yes, I'm glad to see you.
5. At first I said no, but you can take a shot at Michelle."

Paul Ryan Quietly Requested Affordable Care Act Funds

Paul Ryan Quietly Requested Affordable Care Act Funds: "Paul Ryan is truly a Nixon Republican, lying continually and obfuscating his own duplicity. Will this little nugget of information reach the level of importance on the major networks or will it become obscured in the meandering lull of celebrity ogling? He can't make the claim of "this is what I meant" or "this is my interpretation" as he's done when he has sit down interviews with Matt Lauer of NBC or Scott Pelley of CBS. Being a Nixon Republican, it's tough biting your lip when you try to follow the Republican script of doing nothing to help the American people while doing everything to thwart Obama's efforts in helping the American people while at the same time feigning sincerity that the Republican's really care. So here is Paul Ryan attempting to benefit from the Affordable Health Care Act. Somewhere in this scenario I believe this is what's called biting the hand that feeds you. Bad dog, Paul Ryan, bad dog."

Paul Ryan: I Wasn't Blaming Obama For GM Plant Closure

Paul Ryan: I Wasn't Blaming Obama For GM Plant Closure: "Paul Ryan and Willard Mitt Romney aren't Reagan Republicans, they're Richard Nixon Republicans, fond of lying to the public and when they get caught, it's I am not a crook of that's not what I said, read what I said. He's only coming forth now because the Democrats are set to start their convention and he needs to stay above the fold since last week was Hurricane Issac, Neil Armstrong, Todd Akins and Clint Eastwood making more headlines than Romney/Ryan. And when you look at him in this interview, he comes off as a used car salesman who just got caught trying to sell you a Ford Pinto, the exploding kind, after he convinced you it can go up to 50 mph in 60 seconds but he doesn't tell you the gas tank must explode in order for that to happen. His shifty eyes said it all, lies, lies and more lies to come. Start wearing those plaid jackets Paul, since keeping the GM plant in your district wasn't a priority, sells us on something else, like tax free plastic surgery for wealthy fat cat's mistresses because the rich boys need an emotional lift too. And who knew backpedaling was a skill."

Paul Reiser: A Moment With Michael Clarke Duncan

Paul Reiser: A Moment With Michael Clarke Duncan: "f you can take a slice of a person's life in a moment like this, it speaks to the whole of the person. Michael Clarke Duncan demonstrated an act of kindness after meeting Paul Reiser for just a passing in the hallway. Here is something that many of us should aspire to but we sometimes fall short due to the every day stresses of life. But here is what I would like us to do to honor this wonderful man, go out and do something wonderful and unheralded in Micheal Clarke Duncan's memory. Don't seek the reward of self gratification just accept a humble you're welcome or this is to honor Michael when they want to thank you. Here was someone who lived a good life, didn't create any scandal, didn't seek any rewards he wasn't in deserving like say some reality stars who have no talent whatsoever. So let's honor Michael in a way that he would smile at you and wrap those huge gentle arms around you. Thanks Paul for sharing that moment."

ThreeCrows: Goodbye #MichaelClarkDuncan , you had more work to do and: "“Goodbye #MichaelClarkeDuncan , you had more work to do and left us too soon. I leave you with your own words to remind people just how good you were.

You tell God the Father it was a kindness you done. I know you hurtin' and worryin', I can feel it on you, but you oughta quit on it now. Because I want it over and done. I do. I'm tired, boss. Tired of bein' on the road, lonely as a sparrow in the rain. Tired of not ever having me a buddy to be with, or tell me where we's coming from or going to, or why. Mostly I'm tired of people being ugly to each other. I'm tired of all the pain I feel and hear in the world everyday. There's too much of it. It's like pieces of glass in my head all the time. Can you understand?

Mitt Romney To Flood Victim: 'Go Home And Call 211'

Mitt Romney To Flood Victim: 'Go Home And Call 211': "Never understood why Mitt Romney was there even by invitation. What can he do except be there for a press op. Basically, he's impotent. He can't issue any federal decree, can't order any troops, can't catch a dog so the only thing he can do is pretend he's not Bush and show up and pretend to care for the middle and low income people. Body language suggests that he was uncomfortable being there. Since he's running for president, he has to swallow the hard pills and mingled with the peanut butter crowd. The ghost of Bush loomed large and he couldn't escape that fact that "way to go Brownie" still rings in Louisiana's ears."
